About this role
SRO Engineer supporting Westinghouse Nuclear Operations across operating reactors and next-generation plants (AP1000, AP300 SMR, eVinci microreactors). Develop operating procedures, validate control room scenarios, and support plant commissioning worldwide, combining reactor operator expertise with new plant development.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated plant operations knowledge and create operating procedures for control room operators
- Validate operating and test scenarios in control room simulators before deployment to plants
- Author operating and test procedures for the operating fleet and next-generation nuclear plants
- Support commissioning of new plants worldwide
- Integrate operating experience and new scenarios into procedures
- Collaborate with industry professionals on nuclear instrumentation and reactor engineering services
Location, schedule, and travel
Madrid or Vila-Seca office; hybrid work schedule.
