Sr. Manager, Robotics & Sensors

Lead a team of engineers, scientists, and technicians developing robotics and sensor solutions for next-generation nuclear plants, manufacturing, and construction. This is a hybrid management role based in Etna, PA, reporting to the Sr. Director of R&D.

Manage engineering and testing activities to develop robotic solutions (manufacturing, construction, next-gen nuclear plants) and sensor technologies (in-core instrumentation, remote canister monitoring, Eddy Current flow meters, dry cask sensors). Build partnerships with government agencies, prime contractors, vendors, and National Labs. Identify cross-functional collaboration opportunities and manage staffing, hiring, and matrix resource allocation. Drive professional and technical development of direct reports and achieve talent utilization goals.

Bachelor's degree in engineering; 10+ years of relevant experience across diverse technology areas; broad knowledge of engineering principles, techniques, and applications in area of specialization.

Advanced degree (MS or PhD).
