Senior manager overseeing the engineering function for Extended Power Uprate (EPU) projects at Constellation's nuclear facilities. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through regulatory-compliant design, licensing, and modernization initiatives while managing staff performance, business planning, and site-level governance.

Responsibilities

—Provide management, governance, and oversight of engineering function for extended power uprate projects in accordance with NRC regulatory requirements
—Manage performance and development of assigned engineering personnel toward corporate objectives, ensuring high-quality technical results and regulatory compliance
—Participate as key manager in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance reviews for site and Constellation Nuclear
—Lead development of licensing submittals for power uprate projects through direct engineering and technical leadership
—Fulfill managerial responsibilities for assigned staff including employment, development, compensation, and performance evaluation
—Ensure consistent and effective workforce practices through assigned supervisors and functions
—Support emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities as directed

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) or related science, OR Active/Inactive Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license
—10+ years of related nuclear or power generation experience
—Demonstrated supervisory or managerial experience
—Ability to maintain minimum access or unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination/testing as applicable to position duties
