Sr Engineering Business Analyst
About this role
Centralized coordination and integration point for engineering planning, governance, and business execution at a nuclear power site. This role orchestrates complex cross-functional processes including Site Business Plans, Asset Management Plans, and Nuclear Safety Review Board activities while ensuring engineering priorities are translated into disciplined execution and accurate, leadership-ready materials.
Responsibilities
- —Assist Site Vice President in development of the station business plan and facilitate integration into tracking database for the fleet
- —Oversee engineering department performance indicators including department budget metrics
- —Coordinate department preparations for NSRB, INPO, WANO, and other key department-level oversight management review meetings
- —Coordinate the site Asset Management Plan and key indicators associated with department budget, including prep for spring and fall Senior Vice President AMP calls
- —Validate the AMP against site Top 15/30 modification lists and facilitate department contracts
- —Schedule and hold department accountable to business planning overall timeline
- —Act as quality gate to ensure materials are accurate, integrated, and leadership-ready while tracking commitments through completion
- —Provide operational continuity and institutional coordination for engineering through support of leadership forums, outage and governance activities, and workforce onboarding
- —Reduce organizational friction and improve decision quality by managing planning, interfaces, documentation, and follow-through for effective site performance
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience, OR Associate's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR Current or Previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience, OR High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- —Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements as applicable
- —Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
