Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, with experience delivering projects on time and within budget Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project

Responsibilities
- Project Manager As a Project Manager you will oversee the operation of a project(s)/contract(s) to include the safety and wellbeing of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and generally represents the company.
- You will report to the Site Manager and be located in Waterford, CT.
- On-Site Responsibilities: Ensure the adequacy of clearance orders and lockout/tagout to ensure personnel and equipment protection for the work being performed.
- Ensure training/personnel qualifications are met and overall personnel performance.
- Maintain working knowledge of resources required to complete project.
- Provide direction and management of workforce.
- Coordinate and support workflow process to completion and within budget parameters.
- Predict risk and develop/implement mitigation strategies associated with engineering design, vendor activities, and craft installation activities.
- Control cost associated with engineering design, vendor contracts, and craft teams.
- Influence the actions of those not under direct control.
