About this role

Lead a team of structural design and analysis engineers at Westinghouse responsible for pressure boundary and reactor vessel internal component integrity. Oversee ASME Section III and XI engineering work, manage team performance and career development, and ensure high-quality delivery of structural analysis and flaw evaluation work products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of structural design and analysis engineers with responsibility for performance evaluations, career development, and hiring
  • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and formal performance evaluations
  • Support career development through training plans, stretch assignments, and succession planning
  • Provide management-level technical oversight of ASME Section III stress and fatigue analysis and ASME Section XI flaw evaluations
  • Oversee work planning, prioritization, and resource management across inspection support and aging management projects
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of engineering work products meeting internal quality processes and industry standards
  • Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and a safe and quality culture
