Senior Account Manager
About this role
TerraPower Isotopes seeks a Senior Account Manager to manage customer accounts and serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers in the medical isotopes and radiopharmaceutical sector. This role is critical to supporting TerraPower's mission in advanced nuclear medicine, involving order lifecycle management, contract administration, and customer problem resolution in a fast-paced nuclear medicine environment.
Responsibilities
- —Actively engage in problem resolution for customer orders and investigate/resolve inquiries in a timely manner
- —Manage assigned customer accounts and monitor orders through their full lifecycle
- —Assist with customer contract negotiations and manage existing supply contracts
- —Gather customer order information, input into product ordering systems, and enter/process orders within internal database
- —Place outbound calls to customers to confirm information and obtain missing details
- —Run reports in Microsoft Excel and analyze for accuracy; collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data related to customer orders
- —Collaborate with various TerraPower teams regarding next steps and escalation protocol
- —Enter detailed information into company proprietary software while managing concurrent customer communications
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field plus 10 years' experience in customer-facing roles
- —Minimum 2 years' experience managing existing supply contracts and negotiating new contracts in radiopharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- —Intermediate Excel skills with ability to run reports and analyze for accuracy
- —Strong written and oral communication with exceptional customer service skills
- —Ability to work independently and self-directed in fast-paced environment
- —Exceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments
- —Detail-oriented with high degree of trust, integrity, and ability to foster teamwork
Desired
- —MBA or PhD
Location
Washington State based; 0-25% travel required; full-time onsite in open office setting; ability to sit for extended periods (>8 hours/day) and lift up to 25 pounds.
