Required qualifications
- in warehouse, inventory, materials management, supply chain, operations, or maintenance teams within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, material handling, receiving, shipping, warehouse operations, inventory control, and material traceability principles Demonstrated leadership, communication, employee development, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Working knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, quality assurance programs, safety standards, and company procedures supporting nuclear warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage business systems, performance data, and operational metrics to drive inventory accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Proven ability to improve operational performance, develop teams, and achieve business objectives through effective leadership.
