About this role
This position supports leadership by monitoring and identifying early indicators of performance decline within their respective department. reports to document and communicate events that are affecting key indicators.
Responsibilities
- include developing, monitoring, and analyzing key departmental data and casual products to identify gaps, reveal trends, and implement strategic actions that drive operational improvements.
- The position requires knowledge of nuclear power plant operations in order to provide technical input to tracking and trending of plant performance.
