About this role
Lead project delivery for Steam Generator Inspection and Maintenance services across the ELA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America) at Westinghouse. Manage complex outages at operational nuclear power plants, balancing safety, quality, schedule adherence, and business results while reporting to the Senior Operations Manager in Mannheim.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of steam generator projects including outage preparation, process activities, and closing
- Proactively establish standardized initiatives and actions to assure and improve safety conditions and quality results
- Drive flawless execution with human error prevention and high-level equipment reliability to meet quality and schedule requirements
- Interface with customers for project execution, reporting, and contract discussion support
- Apply Westinghouse Project Management Requirements consistently across all projects
- Develop lessons learned activities between outages to drive continuous improvement with business leads
- Support customers by highlighting Westinghouse capabilities and solutions while pursuing business opportunities
