About this role

Oklo is developing advanced fast fission reactor technologies and nuclear fuel recycling solutions. This is an open call for engineers to join a startup team working on next-generation nuclear power plants and waste-to-energy systems. You'll work on complex technical challenges in reactor design, fuel cycle innovation, and advanced fission technologies.

Responsibilities

—Develop and iterate on advanced fission reactor technologies
—Contribute to nuclear fuel recycling and waste-to-energy solutions
—Solve open-ended technical problems creatively and independently
—Communicate technical content and results clearly to team members
—Collaborate across disciplines to advance company mission

Qualifications

—Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in an engineering field
—Professional experience and expertise in engineering
—Ability to learn quickly and work in highly iterative environments
—Excellent written and verbal communication skills
—Self-motivated with ability to work independently without excessive guidance
