Develop and maintain integrated schedules coordinating across project managers, engineering, operations, and contractors to align work with plant operations and NRC regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project and outage schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling tools
  • Coordinate with project managers and discipline leads to define activity sequences, durations, and resource loading
  • Establish and maintain schedule baselines, monitor progress, and issue regular schedule performance reports
  • Integrate multi-discipline work packages into a cohesive schedule accounting for plant operational windows, outage milestones, and regulatory hold points
  • Identify critical path activities and near-critical float risks, developing recovery plans and contingency logic
  • Communicate schedule status and risk to project managers and site leadership
