Constellation seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function at a nuclear power facility. This role provides strategic oversight of personnel management, regulatory compliance, and both short-term operational and long-term technical programs impacting site performance.

Responsibilities

—Manage the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements
—Manage performance and development of assigned engineering personnel aligned with site and corporate objectives
—Provide engineering and technical leadership on short-term and long-term programs impacting site operations
—Participate in business planning, budget development, and business performance reviews for assigned staff
—Serve as senior resource for company-wide programs and initiatives on standardized engineering systems and processes
—Support emergency response, departmental coverage, outage activities, and other assignments as directed by management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear) or related science, OR Professional Engineer License, OR Active/Inactive SRO License with 5 years of engineering or related experience including 1 year of nuclear power plant experience. Compliance with ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements for Nuclear Power Plants personnel. Ability to maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access as applicable. Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.
