Maintenance Support Manager - Plant Farley
About this role
Maintenance Support Manager at Plant Farley responsible for leading all maintenance support activities, overseeing maintenance programs, personnel qualifications, and day-to-day operations while ensuring nuclear safety standards are met. This role requires nuclear power plant experience and supervisor/management background.
Responsibilities
- —Promote nuclear and industrial safety within the Support area by intervening appropriately and ensuring standards and expectations are met
- —Administer the Valve Packing Program, Welding Program (SNC and contractor), ASME Repair/Replacement Program, and coordinate Work Order/PM Feedback, FME, and Lifting and Rigging programs
- —Provide oversight of maintenance support activities including CAPCO
- —Oversee Daily and Outage Planning Supervisors and CAPCO
- —Manage day-to-day administrative, training, and qualification activities
- —Administer the Maintenance procedure program and work package/M&TE document retention
- —Implement and oversee Maintenance PQS program
- —Supervise maintenance training coordinator and maintenance timekeeping
- —Oversee Scaffold and Coatings engineering activities
- —Qualify for MRC and PHWG
- —Manage Corrective Action, Operating Experience, and Rework Programs for Maintenance
- —Maintain Performance Indicators
- —Provide technical support for emergent issues and troubleshooting activities
- —Ensure assigned personnel qualifications and proficiency align with assigned work
Qualifications
- —1 year nuclear power plant supervision experience
- —General knowledge of maintenance processes and practices
- —Emergency Response Organization (ERO) qualifiable as TSC Manager or OSC Manager
- —Ability to qualify as MRM and PHCWG member
Desired
- —4 years total power plant experience
- —3 years supervisor/management experience
- —2-year technical degree or 2 years of related technical training
