About this role

Contract I&C Technician role supporting Westinghouse nuclear sites during Fall 2026 outage. Provides training in July 2026 with work assignments at multiple nuclear facilities performing instrumentation and control system testing and installation.

Responsibilities

—Perform instrumentation testing using digital multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and customer-supplied equipment/simulators
—Interpret technical drawings and implement test procedures for electronics units
—Operate electronic and electrical test equipment
—Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings for assembly and testing
—Perform field cable installation work
—Apply knowledge of basic electronic theory and components
—Learn, understand, and practice quality, health, and safety procedures applicable to each work assignment

Qualifications

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience; capability to perform field cable installation work

Desired

2+ years of similar instrumentation and control or electrical technician work experience

Location

Multiple nuclear sites; onsite work required; field cable installation required
