Field Services Technician
About this role
Steam Generator Maintenance Technician executing field operations on nuclear power plants across France, including sludge lancing and FOSAR (secondary side) inspections. Role offers hands-on experience in nuclear outage environments with potential advancement to Team Leader, Field Service Supervisor, or Site Manager positions.
Responsibilities
- —Perform steam generator secondary side maintenance activities, including sludge lancing and televisual inspections (FOSAR)
- —Execute field operations safely and in compliance with nuclear procedures and site requirements
- —Lead or actively participate in operational activities during plant outages
- —Contribute to outage preparation activities including equipment maintenance, readiness, logistics, and training
- —Ensure efficient execution during outage phases, meeting schedules and quality standards
- —Support closure activities and plant restart operations
- —Maintain proper documentation and reporting of activities performed
- —Manage and maintain equipment locally on-site, ensuring tools and systems are functional and compliant
- —Deliver field operations in line with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements
- —Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and field experience
Qualifications
Advanced Technician Diploma (BTS/DUT or equivalent) in Robotics, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering; experience in maintenance activities (robotics, mechanical, or electrical); experience in industrial or field service environments; strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or robotic systems; ability to work in field environments with strict safety requirements; fluent French (written and spoken)

Location
France-based; majority of time on nuclear power plant sites; frequent travel required; outage schedule work
