Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs supporting nuclear plant operations
  • Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve equipment and system problems
  • Perform complete task management of engineering issues and independent research/reviews in support of technical projects
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work while maintaining proper configuration management and adherence to design criteria, procedures, and codes
  • Recommend equipment, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, correct design flaws, or comply with regulatory changes
  • Support emergency response, outage activities, and other operational duties as directed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, or Nuclear Engineering). Must maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination per position duties. For Mid-level (E02): 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. For Senior (E03): 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience and must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements.
