Responsibilities

—Develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses, activities, and programs supporting nuclear plant operations
—Provide technical expertise to identify and resolve equipment and system problems
—Perform complete task management of engineering issues and independent research/reviews in support of technical projects
—Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work while maintaining proper configuration management and adherence to design criteria, procedures, and codes
—Recommend equipment, new concepts, and techniques to improve performance, reduce costs, correct design flaws, or comply with regulatory changes
—Support emergency response, outage activities, and other operational duties as directed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, or Nuclear Engineering). Must maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination per position duties. For Mid-level (E02): 2 years of nuclear or related engineering experience. For Senior (E03): 5 years of nuclear or related engineering experience and must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements.
