Constellation, the nation's largest producer of clean and reliable energy, seeks Electrical Engineers to support nuclear plant operations. Mid-level (2+ years nuclear experience) or Senior (5+ years nuclear experience) positions performing technical engineering tasks in support of nuclear fleet operations and modernization initiatives under general supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform engineering and technical tasks applying general engineering principles in support of nuclear plant operations
- Ensure all engineering products comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, engineering specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in development and implementation of effective processes and techniques in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Recommend format and methodology improvements to standard processes and procedures
- Support emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities as directed by management
Preferred qualifications
- Engineer in Training (EIT) certification
- Strong grasp of techniques and fundamental functions performed by the engineering group
