About this role

Constellation, the nation's largest producer of clean energy, seeks an Electrical Engineer to support nuclear plant operations through engineering analysis, safety compliance, and technical problem-solving. Entry, Mid-level, and Senior positions available with experience-based advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all engineering products comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes (NRC 10 CFR 50), and regulatory requirements
  • Perform electrical engineering and technical tasks supporting nuclear plant systems as assigned by supervision
  • Support ongoing engineering work functions including design reviews, calculations, and documentation
  • Participate in emergency response, departmental coverage, on-call support, and outage activities as directed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, or Nuclear)
  • Maintain unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination per position duties
  • Entry Level: No prior experience required
  • Mid-level: 2+ years nuclear or related engineering experience
  • Senior: 5+ years nuclear or related engineering experience

Desired

  • Electrical Engineering background
  • Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification
