Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Civil, Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Nuclear, or related field) from accredited university

Graduation date no more than 7 months prior to June 2026

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; effective teamwork with diverse stakeholders

Self-starter mentality in fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills

Receptive to feedback and motivated to lead and influence

Desired

Successful completion of Ameren Internship or Co-op program within past two years with demonstrated strong performance

One year of professional-level or internship engineering experience

Willingness to take calculated risks and embrace innovation

Location
