About this role

Nuclear facility work week manager responsible for detailed maintenance and work scheduling. Direct planning and execution of corrective and preventative maintenance across all departments while ensuring compliance with Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rules, and nuclear safety protocols. This is a leadership role coordinating schedules to minimize online risk and manage facility operations.

Responsibilities

—Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work weeks to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance while minimizing online risk and safety challenges
—Direct assigned work week schedule execution ensuring Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rule compliance, and coordinated online risk management
—Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective and accurate schedule development
—Manage priority emergent work for assigned work weeks
—Evaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly performance analysis reports for Performance Analysis Review (P.A.R.) meetings
—Work across organizational boundaries with all departments and Project Managers to resolve schedule conflicts and challenges
—Assist in forced outage coordination as required
—Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization
—Ensure fleet and facility goals are met during assigned execution weeks
—Perform emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage support activities as directed

Qualifications

—High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience
—Maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
