Multi-level supervisory role at Braidwood Nuclear Station (Constellation Energy) directing detailed maintenance and surveillance scheduling to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance. Responsible for coordinating safe and efficient work week execution across all departments, managing schedule conflicts, and supporting fleet clean energy goals.

Responsibilities

—Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work weeks to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance while minimizing online risk and safety challenges
—Direct assigned work week schedule execution, ensuring adherence to Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rule compliance, and online Risk coordination
—Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective and accurate schedule development
—Manage priority emergent work for assigned work week
—Evaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop weekly performance analysis reports for Performance Analysis Review (PAR) meetings
—Cross organizational boundaries to work with all departments and designated Project Managers to resolve schedule conflicts
—Ensure fleet and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals are met during respective execution weeks
—Assist in forced outage coordination as required
—Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work management organization
—Perform emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and outage support duties as directed

Qualifications

—High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience (Work Week Manager); or High school diploma/GED and 8 years of related experience (Sr Work Week Manager)
—Supervisory or managerial experience (Sr Work Week Manager)
—Demonstrated leadership abilities in a previous position of responsibility such as Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, or Maintenance/Engineering work management exempt supervisory position (Sr Work Week Manager)
—Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable, with favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
