About this role
Lead Westinghouse's Steam Generator Secondary Side Products portfolio across EMEA, LATAM, and Asia markets. This role combines engineering leadership, product management, and strategic planning to deliver innovative nuclear power plant maintenance solutions. Define the technology roadmap, drive commercial success, and manage a multidisciplinary team of ~10 engineers and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and coach a multidisciplinary team of approximately 10 engineers and project managers, promoting safety, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Define resource allocation and workload planning, including internal resources and subcontracting support based on project needs
- Ensure successful execution of technology development projects in accordance with Westinghouse processes and procedures
- Define and maintain the technology roadmap and contribute to the organization's five-year strategic plan and Mid-Term Plan
- Develop resource and capability plans aligned with future business and technology needs
- Drive product innovation, continuous improvement initiatives, and technology standardization activities
- Ensure compliance with engineering processes, technical standards, and quality requirements throughout project execution
- Foster collaboration across engineering disciplines and global organizations to promote operational excellence and knowledge sharing
- Act as the technical focal point for steam generator secondary-side products in support of customers, project teams, and program managers
- Support business development activities through technical proposal preparation and customer-facing discussions
- Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction indicators, and business objectives, implementing corrective actions when required
- Support operations and customer interactions through occasional visits to customer sites and nuclear power plants
- Transform field experience and customer feedback into high-value product and service enhancements

- Experience with nuclear power plant operations and maintenance activities
- Background in business development and commercial strategy
- Demonstrated talent development and succession planning experience
- Track record of driving standardization, efficiency, and innovation across engineering activities
