Required qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in supply management or directly related field. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated related experience. Full knowledge of supply management techniques and basic knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and design control. Strong knowledge of computer applications and systems; basic knowledge of job-specific applications in materials management, corporate finance, and accounting. Project management, leadership, interpersonal communication, analytical, and decision-making skills required. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with all levels of employees and external personnel.
About this role
Supply Management Nuclear Station Coordinator serving as the station representative for all supply chain and procurement activities at a nuclear energy facility. Ensures nuclear business requirements are met, coordinates material availability to support work schedules and outages, and monitors performance across sourcing, warehousing, and material verification functions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor materials and procurement issues to ensure fulfillment of nuclear business requirements and support station work scheduling
- Assess, prioritize, and coordinate department and project resource needs across sourcing teams, warehousing, and material verification
- Plan and implement communications on supply management initiatives and strategies; provide nuclear department input for outage and daily planning activities
- Review and coordinate daily and long-range material and services activities; resolve plant issues and monitor performance indicators
- Ensure material and services are procured and available to support station work scheduling dates
Preferred qualifications
Experience with SAP, PAMs, or Maximo. Familiarity with nuclear outage planning and material coordination.
Location, schedule, and travel
Office-based (76–100%); up to 25% travel required.
