Lead Westinghouse's Supply Chain Resiliency Program by implementing risk frameworks, overseeing project managers, and driving measurable reductions in supply chain risk exposure across nuclear manufacturing and operations. Combine strategic program leadership with cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units supporting reactor fuel, components, and critical systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3–6 supply chain resiliency project managers responsible for managing supply chain risk across Enterprise Supply Chain (ECS) Teams and Business Units
- Implement plan and timeline to mitigate supply chain risk, including geopolitical and geographic considerations affecting nuclear fuel and component sourcing
- Collaborate with Account Management, SPE, PPM, Category Management, Operations, Materials, and Engineering teams to implement risk mitigation solutions, including design and sourcing changes
- Support the Enterprise Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) group on development of standard work to address identified risks and improve project execution efficiency
- Oversee project management activities, aligning with BU Procurement teams, SBU, Functional, and Enterprise partners to prioritize projects and secure resources
- Ensure adherence to standard work, including project tracking, documentation, reporting, issue escalation, and roadblock removal
- Deliver program status reviews to Enterprise Supply Chain Category Management Leadership, highlighting risk reduction progress, remaining actions, and support needs
