Supervisor-Nuclear Project Controls - North Anna
About this role
Supervisor for nuclear project controls at Dominion's North Anna nuclear station. Lead a team managing capital budgets, five-year forecasts, project authorization, construction scheduling, and variance reporting for maintenance and capital projects. Ensure effective financial and schedule control across the station's construction and modification portfolio.
Responsibilities
- —Supervise project controls staff supporting the Nuclear Site Services Department
- —Develop and maintain capital budgets and five-year forecasts for the station
- —Manage project authorization, construction schedules, project variance analysis, and forecast reporting
- —Coordinate Controls Specialists and assign projects to track completion and resource allocation
- —Interface with station management and departments to ensure accurate cost, schedule, and budget reporting for construction and maintenance projects
- —Execute project authorization closeout and maintenance procedures
- —Lead personnel to execute work safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- —7+ years of finance and accounting experience
- —Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- —Familiarity with processes for implementing physical modifications to nuclear facilities
- —Strong proficiency with Maximo, SAP, DocTop, Plant Access Management System (PAMS), and P3e Scheduling Tool
- —Experience creating and processing schedules using Primavera Project Planner software
- —Demonstrated ability to lead personnel safely and execute work efficiently
- —High level of integrity, safety professionalism, and commitment to results
- —Ability to understand technical topics and ensure quality and accuracy of work
Desired
- —Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Engineering
Location
North Anna, VA; office-based (76–100%); up to 25% travel
