About this role

Supervisor role at a Constellation nuclear facility overseeing Maintenance Planners who develop work packages for both scheduled and emergent maintenance during normal operations and outages. You'll ensure all maintenance planning complies with NRC regulations (10 CFR 50.59), ASME Code, and facility procedures while managing team development and process improvements.

Responsibilities

—Supervise Maintenance Planners for scheduled and emergent work during on-line and outage conditions
—Assign, coordinate, and execute daily work activities to support Maintenance Planning goals
—Review work packages for quality, regulatory compliance (10 CFR 50.59 screening/evaluation), and adherence to CEC procedures, NSPs, NSWPs, and ASME Code standards
—Prepare and revise work instructions for maintenance repairs, preventive maintenance, surveillances, and modifications
—Interface with Work Management, Supply, and Engineering to identify and resolve work package issues
—Develop planners through coaching and performance feedback; execute Corrective Action Program (CAP) products
—Perform internal trending of planner performance and support process improvement initiatives
—Fill in for Manager Maintenance Planning during absences and support outage activities and emergency response

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience, OR
—Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 4 years of related experience, OR
—Associate's degree with 6 years of related experience, OR
—High school diploma/GED with 8 years of related experience
—Maintain minimum or unescorted access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
