Electrical Maintenance Supervisor at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station (Constellation Energy). Oversee electrical maintenance craft personnel, coordinate maintenance division activities, and ensure compliant, safe execution of all work per NRC regulations and company procedures. Lead a team responsible for reactor electrical systems, instrumentation, and support equipment maintenance during normal operations and refueling outages.

Responsibilities

—Supervise electrical maintenance craft personnel to ensure safe, effective, and compliant execution of assigned work per CEC procedures, NRC regulations, and established schedules
—Ensure assigned personnel are properly trained, qualified, and maintain emergency plan certifications; administer performance management, coaching, mentoring, and disciplinary actions as needed
—Participate in work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for online and refueling outage activities
—Administer and support maintenance processes including training, surveillance, procedure revisions, corrective action programs, and vendor inspections
—Communicate significant issues to Maintenance Manager and applicable management; foster collaboration with internal/external organizations (INPO, regulatory agencies)
—Ensure effective procurement and management of materials, parts, tools, equipment, and measuring/test equipment (M&TE)
—Identify and support operational improvement opportunities; participate in emergency response and departmental coverage duties as directed

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with 6 years of related electrical experience; OR Associate's degree in technical discipline with 4 years of related electrical experience; OR Bachelor's degree in technical discipline with 2 years of related electrical experience. Must maintain minimum unescorted access requirements and pass favorable medical examination per position duties.

Desired

Minimum 3 years nuclear power plant operations experience. Electrical systems knowledge and troubleshooting expertise. Proficiency with electronic work management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
