About this role
Manages the execution of the training programs at the Fermi nuclear station. Provides overall strategic direction, planning and performance of training functions to ensure achievement of budget goals and effective integration of training into plant maintenance and operations. Responsible for interfacing with regulatory agencies on training related matters.
