Required qualifications
- Requirements Minimum education required of the position Candidates must be actively enrolled and pursuing a B.S.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Other relevant scientific disciplines may be considered (i.e. physical science; generally associated with power plant operations).
- Desired: Candidates that have an anticipated g raduation date of December 2028 or sooner.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 (on a 4.0 scale), verified through an official transcript from the previous semester.
- Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position Ability to assist with structural analysis and seismic analysis in accordance with nuclear codes.
- Good to excellent communication skills and experience / proficiency in PC use and applications.
- Selected candidate must meet access authorization and fitness for duty requirements of a nuclear power station.

- The organization focuses on the design of baseline modifications and design basis control and maintenance.
- Design integrity is maintained through effective configuration control of design output documents (i.e., specifications, calculations, drawings, test requirements, and procedures).
- Job Duties/Responsibilities Working in a team environment to assist in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to: Assist in maintaining the design basis for each site and support maintenance of the licensing basis.
