Sr Work Week Manager
About this role
Senior Work Week Manager at Constellation directs development and execution of detailed maintenance schedules for assigned work weeks at nuclear facilities. This leadership role requires prior supervisory or managerial experience to coordinate across departments, ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance, and meet fleet performance goals.
Responsibilities
- —Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for assigned work week to ensure Technical Specification and Maintenance Rule compliance while minimizing safety challenges
- —Direct work week schedule execution with minimal oversight, ensuring adherence to Technical Specifications, Maintenance Rule compliance, and online risk coordination
- —Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, Project Managers, and support personnel for effective and accurate schedule development and execution
- —Manage priority emergent work for assigned work week
- —Evaluate scheduling execution performance analysis data and develop weekly performance analysis reports for corrective action at Performance Accountability Review meetings
- —Assist in forced outage coordination as required
- —Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management organization
- —Perform emergency response, departmental coverage, and support of outage activities as directed by management
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, OR Current/previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience, OR Associate degree with 10 years of related experience, OR High School diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience
- —Demonstrated leadership abilities in previous position of responsibility (e.g., Ops Shift Manager, Ops Shift Supervisor, Maintenance FLS, Engineering, or Work Management)
- —Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical examination/testing in accordance with position duties
Desired
- —Strong personal computer (PC) scheduling knowledge
- —Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification
- —Engineering or Technical Degree
Location
Onsite at Clean Energy Center (CEC) facility; includes on-call and emergency response requirements
