About this role

Senior Turbine Equipment Specialist at Constellation's nuclear Clean Energy Centers. Lead technical decision-making, engineering analysis, and troubleshooting for turbine generator operations. Mentor teams, enforce nuclear procedures and Human Performance fundamentals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

—Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage, communicate, and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs
—Identify and resolve equipment and system problems through direct technical consultation and involvement
—Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of work with proper configuration management and adherence to design criteria, procedures, and applicable codes
—Perform independent research, reviews, studies and analyses in support of technical projects and programs
—Recommend equipment improvements, new concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, reduce costs, correct design flaws, or ensure regulatory compliance
—Enforce procedure use, Human Performance (HP) fundamentals, and Technical Human Performance (THP) techniques
—Provide coaching and mentoring to achieve continuous improvement

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related experience OR Current/Previous SRO License with 5+ years related experience OR Associate's degree with 7+ years related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 9+ years related experience
—Maintain minimum or unescorted facility access requirements as applicable
—Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
