Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, or related technical discipline. 3+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
About this role
Sr. Scheduler for Westinghouse's Dukovany nuclear project delivery team. Manage Primavera P6 schedule development, maintenance, forecasting, and integrated reporting for the Dukovany I&C scope. Guide junior schedulers, ensure contract compliance, and drive stakeholder alignment on schedule performance and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated Dukovany I&C P6 schedule in coordination with lead scheduler, examining scope, WBS, engineering quality, financial/contractual obligations, and responsibility division
- Maintain WBS and standard coding for integration with cost tracking and Power BI metrics; ensure schedule compliance with contract requirements
- Provide early warning on schedule conflicts and issues; forecast milestones accurately and support change control through what-if scenario analysis
- Create and maintain project schedule reporting; communicate performance and metrics to project stakeholders
- Mentor junior schedulers and maintain comprehensive project documentation including baselines, reporting, and historical records
