- Ability to maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements as applicable
- Favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
About this role
Senior Project Manager at Constellation Energy, the nation's largest clean energy producer. Lead complex projects across nuclear, natural gas, and renewable facilities from initiation through closeout, managing scope, budget, schedule, and cross-functional teams. This role provides direct support to Constellation's nuclear operations and requires familiarity with nuclear site environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end within cost, quality, schedule, and objective parameters
- Develop, evaluate, and recommend contracted services and materials
- Manage detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget in accordance with Constellation Management Model procedures
- Ensure proper use of project controls and perform required monthly reporting
- Direct project teams and integrate resources across multiple functional organizations
- Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables
- Provide communication to Constellation Nuclear and site management for assigned/proposed projects
- Perform contract administration including closeout, post-project critique, and lessons learned documentation
- Respond to emergency situations and provide coverage as needed
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance
- Knowledge of contract management and/or Asset Suite 9 (AS9) supply system
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations with little direction
