Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related technical discipline
- 6+ years as project manager leading small to medium complexity projects, OR 8 years in technical/engineering role + 2 years as project manager
- Westinghouse Project Manager qualification completed
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (external candidates must meet PMP eligibility)
- Familiarity with Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with SAP, Primavera (P6), Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint, and Active Risk Manager
- Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable reporting and insights
About this role
Senior Project Manager leading medium to high complexity projects within Operational Intelligence and Risk Management at Westinghouse. Manage cross-functional teams of 5–20 members supporting plant engineering, component systems, license renewal, and condition monitoring initiatives across the nuclear fleet.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for medium to high complexity initiatives, including proposal support and cross-functional team direction (5–20 members)
- Develop and oversee project planning artifacts: scope, schedule, cost estimates, risk/stakeholder registers, and project management plans aligned with Westinghouse PMR standards
- Manage integrated delivery across project functions (resources, procurement, quality, communications, stakeholder engagement) per departmental protocols
- Drive customer and stakeholder communications, conduct contract negotiations, and provide transparent status reporting to team, customer, and leadership
- Interpret contract requirements, manage scope and changes through formal change control, and develop deliverables that strengthen customer relationships
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records in required systems for internal/external correspondence, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Forecast spend, monitor financial performance, close projects in required systems, and capture lessons learned
- Mentor junior project managers on critical project management discipline and WPMR compliance

Cranberry Township, PA; hybrid work; 5–10% travel including possible international assignments
