Senior Project Manager at Braidwood Nuclear Power Station (Constellation Energy). Manage nuclear facility projects from initiation through closeout, controlling scope, cost, schedule, and quality within the Constellation Management Model. Lead cross-functional project teams and provide strategic oversight of work integrated across multiple departments at an operating nuclear site.

Responsibilities

—Manage detailed scope, quality, performance, schedule, and budget of assigned projects per Constellation Management Model procedures
—Develop, evaluate, and recommend contracted services and materials
—Ensure proper project controls implementation and complete required monthly reporting
—Direct project teams and integrate resources across functional organizations
—Obtain stakeholder review and buy-in on intermediate and final project deliverables
—Communicate project status and recommendations to Constellation Nuclear and site management
—Administer contracts including closeout and post-project critique
—Perform emergency response duties and coverage as directed

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree + 5 years project management experience OR Associate's degree + 7 years OR HS diploma/GED + 9 years
—Demonstrated project management experience
—PMP Certification (required within 18 months of hire)
—Ability to obtain and maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access; pass medical examination/testing as required
