Senior Manager overseeing the Corporate Project Management Function at Constellation, the nation's largest clean energy producer. Lead execution of major capital investment projects and strategic initiatives across the nuclear portfolio while managing a team of project managers. Responsibilities include safety, schedule, quality, cost control, and dose minimization across all project lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

—Oversee execution of large projects with accountability for safety, schedule, quality, cost, and dose minimization
—Own the 10-year project plan and assigned portions of Corporate Strategic Plan, ensuring execution across all project lifecycle phases
—Gain Executive Approval for Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Capital Investments through Project Review Committee (PRC), Nuclear Safety Advisory Committee (NSAC), and Governance Oversight Committee (GOC)
—Certify accurate project estimates during all lifecycle phases and manage robust change control throughout design and execution
—Direct supervision of assigned project managers; evaluate staff performance and recommend training or HR actions
—Meet with regulatory groups including Department of Energy (DOE), Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for approvals and inquiries
—Support peer team improvement initiatives
—Execute emergency response duties and coverage as required

Qualifications

—Bachelor's degree with 10 years of related experience OR Associate's degree with 12 years of related experience OR High school diploma/GED with 14 years of related experience
—Project management experience
—Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification within 18 months of starting position
—Project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
—Supervisory or managerial experience
—Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements; favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
