Lead business operations and financial planning for a nuclear energy facility as Senior Manager reporting to the Site Vice President. Drive resource management, budgeting, and strategic alignment while managing a professional operations team. This role is critical to ensuring financial discipline and operational efficiency across nuclear generation assets.

Responsibilities

—Lead resource management and long-range planning processes, providing direction and performance data to Site VP and Senior Management Team
—Direct site management team in developing annual budgets and business plans aligned with Nuclear's strategic direction
—Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly business plan performance reports and budget performance reports to ensure site meets targets
—Manage professional business operations staff, including career development programs for assigned employees
—Communicate company programs, announcements, and policies to site leadership
—Provide direction in developing performance goals for site and nuclear operations
—Oversee project prioritization process via Project Review Committee and prepare economic analyses to justify projects

Qualifications

—4-year degree in business-related field
—Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
—Demonstrated success in finance or business operations
—Effective financial analysis skills with strong written and verbal communication
—Knowledge of accounting principles, financial metrics, and financial statement relationships
—Working knowledge of business operations and the nuclear industry
—Proficiency with Microsoft Office and analytical tools
—Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience
