Senior Maintenance Program Specialist at Constellation's Crane Clean Energy Center (nuclear facility) in Middleburg, PA. This role develops, implements, and manages comprehensive maintenance programs supporting reactor operations and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include NRC/INPO inspection readiness, maintenance rule oversight, corrective action program support, training coordination, and business analysis functions including budget and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate department core functions including NRC/INPO inspection readiness (NSRB), performance indicator generation, and Knowledge Transfer & Retention (KT&R) oversight
- Manage program ownership for weld program, lifting & rigging, and designated maintenance programs
- Perform analyst functions supporting Corrective Action Program (CAP), self-assessments, benchmarking, Work Group Evaluations, and formal investigations
- Track completion of department actions and Performance Improvement Action Plans (PIAPs)
- Serve on multiple facility committees: New Work Screening, Maintenance Rule Expert Panel, PORC, Surveillance Frequency Change Program, Cyber Security Assessment, Safety, FME, and Configuration Control
- Execute business analyst duties: contract management, budget development/tracking, workforce planning, and forecasting for Business Operations
- Function as Department Training Coordinator supporting training activities and oversight
- Generate Plan of the Day (POD) materials and support Management Review Meeting packages
- Serve as backup Front Line Supervisor (FLS) and fulfill emergency response organization (ERO) roles as needed
Preferred qualifications
Business analyst experience (position functions primarily as a business analyst); Experience with maintenance program management in nuclear operations environment
Location, schedule, and travel
Onsite at Crane Clean Energy Center (nuclear facility) in Middleburg, PA; includes emergency response duties and outage support responsibilities
