Required qualifications

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and procurement/purchasing software systems
- SAP or equivalent ERP software skills required

About this role
Senior-level procurement professional supporting Urenco USA's uranium enrichment operations in Eunice, NM. Manage commercial acquisition of goods and services across assigned spend categories while developing category strategies, implementing supplier management programs, and collaborating with global procurement teams to drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply assurance.
Responsibilities
- Support site goals of safety, people, and sustainability through commercial procurement of goods and services within assigned spend categories
- Develop and execute customer-aligned integrated category plans in collaboration with stakeholders and Procurement Manager, with clarity on vision, strategy, and implementation
- Lead development of medium to long-term category plans to drive value through cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supply assurance
- Liaise with Group Category Management Teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with global strategy
- Implement effective supplier management programs and category/contract Key Performance Indicators
- Lead development, review, negotiation, execution, management, and documentation of significant and complex contracts and amendments
- Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, business partners, and senior leaders to support sourcing projects
- Mentor and develop other individual contributors in technical procurement processes and standards

Eunice, NM; hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week); ≤20% travel; professional work schedule with minimal night/weekend support; subject to call-outs as needed
