Required qualifications
- and Experience Bachelor’s Degree
- 7+ years of procurement experience including 3+ years supplier management experience and 2+ years’ experience strategic procurement
- Experience sourcing and negotiating contracts for construction, capital projects, facilities improvements and other capital expenditures (Cap Ex) categories.
- Must maintain Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) Certification or obtain and maintain Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Certification
About this role
of Responsibilities Site/ Local: Support the Site Procurement Organization in the development of a professional Procurement Function and assume all commercial aspects of the acquisition of goods and services within a given category of spend for the UUSA operation. Work with relevant customers/stakeholders and Procurement Manager in the development and execution of the customer aligned and integrated category plan(s).

- Work Schedule: 9/80 professional work schedule, some nights/weekends may be required
- Travel Required: 10% of the time or less as required.
- Security Clearance Requirement: CAA Access and a L or Q level security clearance.
- Emergency Response Requirements: Emergency Response Organization (ERO) duty may be required; including being on-call (24/7) during your designated team duty week.
