Site Supply Chain Manager
About this role
Lead supply chain operations at a nuclear generating station for Constellation, the nation's largest clean energy producer. You'll manage procurement, logistics, materials management, and warehousing while leading a team of supply professionals. This role is critical to maintaining cost efficiency, inventory control, and operational support for safe, reliable nuclear power generation.
Responsibilities
- —Serve as single point of accountability for all supply, procurement, and logistics operations at assigned nuclear generating station
- —Execute supply chain management processes including procurement, materials management, warehousing, and inventory fulfillment to support reactor operations
- —Drive supply chain efficiencies and standardization across assigned generating locations while managing vendor relationships and service levels
- —Monitor business plans, supply objectives, process controls, and performance metrics to manage operational costs and inventory investment
- —Collaborate with GenCo Supply leadership to identify and implement supply chain improvements that support safety, production, and reliability objectives
- —Support implementation of supply and procurement standards, guidelines, and regulatory policy requirements across nuclear facilities
- —Provide leadership, development, and performance management to the Site Supply team
- —Serve as change agent for business initiatives and support site emergency response activities as assigned
Qualifications
- —Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field with minimum 8 years professional experience including supervisory/managerial level; OR Associate's degree with minimum 10 years professional experience (5 at supervisory level); OR High school diploma with minimum 12 years professional experience (5 at supervisory level)
- —Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management including strategic procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management
- —Demonstrated ability to manage complex business issues and interface effectively with senior management
- —Nuclear industry experience strongly preferred

- —CPM (Certified Professional Manager) accreditation
- —Advanced degree
- —Prior experience supporting nuclear generating stations
