Required qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely P4 Pass
- SC (Security Check) clearance
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, filing, documentation control, and office management
- Understanding of construction industry basics, terminology, project phases, and site operations
- Experience with document control systems (Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms)
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols and site visitor protocols
- Knowledge of procurement and logistics (purchase orders, inventory tracking)
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and communication platforms
About this role
Site Coordinator role supporting nuclear construction delivery at Westinghouse's Westlakes facility. You'll manage administrative operations including documentation, records, timesheets, and serve as central point of contact for site staff and contractors. Report to Senior Technology Leader while ensuring site organization, efficiency, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist Office Manager with Subcontractor SQEP coordination for Construction Delivery Works
- Receive, process, and review TDA Daily Allocation sheets and Site Status Reports from TDA Delivery, Works Controllers, and Subcontractors; cross-check information, resolve anomalies, and issue approvals to customer within deadlines
- File and maintain signed Site Statuses and Daily Allocation Sheets for client access
- Collate and enter data into Non-Productive Time Tracker (NPT) for TDA Construction Management Team
- Coordinate stationery supplies and office resources; maintain accurate filing, documentation control, and office management systems
- Handle timesheets, attendance logs, procurement records, and building/fire safety duties as required
- Manage schedules, multiple administrative duties simultaneously, and day-to-day site inquiries with precision and professionalism
