Senior Project Manager for Westinghouse's Americas ESS – Long-term Operations, overseeing fuel handling equipment projects and modifications for operating nuclear plants. Lead medium-sized teams (10–20 members) managing moderate to high complexity projects at the Cranberry, PA headquarters, supporting nuclear plant operations through equipment lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all project management processes for moderate to high complexity projects or portfolios of lower complexity projects
- Lead medium-sized teams (average 10–20 team members) managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and partners
- Author project management plans and develop scope, schedule, and cost baselines, risk registers per Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR)
- Support proposal process for upcoming opportunities and oversee development of cost estimates and offers for operating plants support and modifications
- Guide customer negotiations and interpret/transmit project/contract requirements and changes following integrated change management process
- Identify required engineering demand based on project management plan and collaborate with Component Delivery Managers supporting fabrication at Shoreview, MN manufacturing facility
Preferred qualifications
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification or other approved equivalent project management certification
