Senior Project Manager
About this role
Senior Project Manager supporting Westinghouse's nuclear field services, overseeing inspection and maintenance projects at operating and new construction nuclear power plants. Manage project planning, implementation, and closeout while leading technical teams in a hybrid role based in Brattleboro, NH.
Responsibilities
- —Complete all aspects of project planning including authoring project plans and developing scope, schedule, and cost baselines
- —Assume overall responsibility for contract profitability
- —Acquire and coordinate team members to execute project work according to department protocols
- —Develop and maintain relationships with product line teams, customers, suppliers, Westinghouse in-country representation, and team members
- —Bring projects to successful completion through collaborative planning and execution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline; OR equivalent non-degreed technical experience in an industrial environment (field service, nuclear, power plant, NDE, oil/gas, construction). 5+ years of project manager experience; OR 2 years project management/supervisory experience combined with 3+ years in a technical role (field service, nuclear, power plant, NDE, oil/gas, construction). Familiarity with Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge.
Location
Hybrid position based in Brattleboro, NH; onsite at plant 2–3 days per week with remainder remote.
