- Ability to work with multiple disciplines
About this role
Senior Project Engineer supporting Westinghouse AP1000 nuclear reactor projects. Coordinate engineering deliverables, manage change control processes, mentor junior engineers, and work with cross-functional teams on remote basis.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects, contractual tasks, and deliverables
- Assist Project Manager with change control processes including scope requests and scheduling
- Work with external and internal teams to determine satisfaction of commercial and technical requirements
- Support execution of assigned tasks and mentor novice engineers
- Partner with Project Manager and other functional disciplines on project delivery
- Review and support delivery of engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions
Preferred qualifications
- Prior Westinghouse AP1000 knowledge
- Project management experience
