About this role
Senior Director leading Westinghouse's global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Reactor Systems Engineering organization. Responsible for strategy, product delivery, and management of 150+ engineers and technicians across Americas, EMEA, and Asia, serving both operating fleet customers and new build nuclear plants.
Responsibilities
- Lead global I&C Reactor Systems Engineering organization delivering instrumentation and control products for operating fleet and new build customers across multiple regions
- Develop and execute advanced I&C safety systems strategies for new build customers with predictable performance, quality, and cost outcomes
- Manage 150+ engineers/technicians and 12+ management staff across multiple global locations with resource allocation across concurrent complex projects
- Champion first-time-right execution and nuclear safety culture; lead development of engineering practices that mitigate technical and regulatory risk
- Drive product and delivery cost reduction through value engineering, lean methodologies, and advanced automation tools for I&C design processes
- Strengthen reverse engineering capabilities and component-level part replacement strategies for legacy I&C systems
- Build global engineering workforce through structured training, development programs, and career growth pathways
- Ensure compliance with all applicable global safety, quality, and regulatory standards; maintain end-to-end budget accountability
Location, schedule, and travel
Hybrid role based in New Stanton, PA with global resources across Americas, EMEA, and Asia.
