Senior Director, EMEA ICS

Senior Director leading Westinghouse's EMEA Instrumentation & Control Systems (ICS) portfolio. Responsible for strategic business development, customer partnerships, and profitable growth in the nuclear power market through tailored ICS solutions and service delivery models.

Define and deliver ICS system solutions tailored to customer needs under new operating models that improve operating economics and profitability. Implement growth-focused service delivery models to ensure profitable market participation in EMEA region. Serve as trusted strategic partner to customers' senior leadership teams developing customized solutions. Lead product marketing strategies for new ICS solutions targeting existing and emerging customer segments. Oversee regional ICS project delivery ensuring safe execution, high quality, schedule adherence, cost management, and profitability targets. Lead and provide oversight to internal and external teams building capability for customer solution implementation. Lead matrixed teams across account management and engineering to develop ICS strategy and product planning. Drive market leadership and business growth leveraging industry expertise, commercial insight, and strategic customer relationships.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. 20+ years of relevant experience in instrumentation and control systems or power generation industry. 10+ years in leadership role with market growth responsibility and project execution oversight with delivery accountability. Experience evaluating business opportunities, risks, and financial impacts to support strategic decision-making. Strategic planning experience. Ability to influence senior partners and secure agreement on key decisions, priorities, and goals. Experience presenting to and engaging with executive leadership. Proven track record building and maintaining executive-level relationships across internal teams, customers, and utility partners. In-depth knowledge of power generation industry financials and economics.

MBA preferred.
