Reactor Services Product Manager ELA

Lead a multidisciplinary team of 10–20 engineers, project managers, and technicians at Westinghouse to design, qualify, and deploy technical solutions for nuclear reactor operations and maintenance. This role combines strong technical leadership with project management and cross-functional coordination in a safety-critical, process-driven environment supporting commercial nuclear utilities.

Engineering degree or equivalent; 10–15 years of experience in industrial, technical, or engineering environments; proven experience in technical team management and complex project leadership; experience in highly process-driven environments with strong requirements in safety, quality, standardization, and procedures; ability to structure, prioritize, arbitrate, and provide clear direction; solid industrial background, ideally from a large organization or matrix structure; professional-level English.

Nuclear industry experience; background in maintenance, operational support, engineering design, methods, industrialization, systems engineering, or technical solutions; hands-on leadership style with pragmatism and results-oriented mindset; experience with continuous improvement practices and technical solution development/qualification.
