Responsibilities
- Operations & Resource Management Define and implement multi-year resource plans aligned with business forecasts.
- Ensure availability of qualified and certified personnel to support project execution.
- Optimize workforce utilization and equipment allocation across projects.
- Support Project Managers and Site Managers during project execution.
- Project Delivery Ensure interventions are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual requirements.
- Support the profitability and performance of the assigned project portfolio.
- Coordinate operational priorities and resolve resource conflicts.
- Safety, Quality & Continuous Improvement Promote a strong culture of nuclear safety, industrial safety, and quality.
- Capture lessons learned and implement improvement actions.
- Drive enhancements in operational practices, maintenance methods, and training programs.
